I love Epicurious, and have been making this recipe for over 10 years. It is perfect for a night when you want good ol’ comfort food, with little effort. It can be made with what you likely already have on hand, and you can use whatever kind of chicken you like (it calls for bone in thighs). This recipe demonstrates that sometimes the best food is really the simplest food.
